Why NorthGrid exists
Most small and medium-sized businesses run on technology every single day, but very few of them can justify hiring a full internal IT department. What usually happens instead is that technology gets handled by whoever is the most comfortable with computers — an office manager, an owner, a friend of the family — until something serious breaks.
NorthGrid Solutions was founded to fill that gap. We provide the kind of support a business would get from an internal IT team: someone who knows your systems, answers when you reach out, explains what is happening without jargon, and takes ownership of the problem until it is resolved.

Our approach is built on hands-on professional IT experience with the systems small businesses actually use — Windows computers, Microsoft 365, business networks, firewalls, printers, backups, and the everyday security controls that keep accounts and email safe.

Who we support
We work with law firms, accounting firms, construction companies, dental and medical offices, insurance agencies, automotive businesses and dealerships, repair shops, restaurants, retail businesses, and other small and growing companies across Bucks County, Montgomery County & surrounding Pennsylvania communities.
Some of those businesses want a full managed IT partner. Others just need help with a specific problem. We are glad to do either.
Meet the Founder
NorthGrid Solutions was founded by Nicky Ivanov, an IT professional with hands-on experience supporting business technology environments. After seeing how heavily businesses depend on technology — and how frustrating unreliable IT support can be — he created NorthGrid to give small businesses responsive, straightforward IT support without requiring an internal IT department.
Nicky has worked directly with the systems small businesses rely on every day — Windows computers, Microsoft 365, business networks, firewalls, backups, and the security controls that keep email and accounts safe. He believes technology decisions should be explained, not dictated, and that a business owner should always understand what they are paying for and why.
